[rox-users] New project proposing rox

Hello,

I just started a new GPL project which recommends the use of rox (see
below).
It is Red Hat based, but (see FAQ #5) even users of other distribution
might benefit from it. The reverse is also true, of course.

Any contribution to the project is welcome!
