[Rule-list] WANTED: coordinator for installer subproject

All,
   I've seen some discussion going on About Emacs and whether or not to include it.  To that end (even though I'm a vi man myself) There is a project in Japan called NIhongo Tiny Emacs  Unfortunately I don't read Japanese and haven't been able to find anything on (yet) it in English or Korean.
