[Rule-list] Hello! and a suggestion

Hi

I just found about RULE from Slashdot as I'm sure many other new people
have.

I think this is a GREAT project! I've tried to do this on a personal level
a couple of times with varying levels of success. I'm looking forward to
helping and learning as the project goes along.

Now for my suggestion.

Window managers. I personally use FLWM. For those who don't know, its the
Fast Light Window Manager, written by Bill Spitzak. As its name implies,
its Fast and Light. I've used it on old 486's and my SGI R12k Octane at
work (which I still use it on on a daily basis).

Here's a link to the home page: http://flwm.sourceforge.net/

Its a little funky, but if you like minimal interface, but still want a
solid window manager, I'd nominate this one. One of the best things about
FLWM is that its especially nice for limited screen resolution.

If this has been discussed and thrown out before, I appologize. But I'd
also like to know why (for my own education, not a flame war).

OK, thats probably enough of an introduction and suggestion

John Anderson
