[Rule-list] Ok,,, but what if you don't have a cdrom

And if you only have a Windows machine with CD-ROM at hand:
Insert the Original Red Hat CD 1 (don't know if it's on the RULE one)
and go to the dosutils directory. Start rawrite.exe and follow the
instructions on the screen to get your boot floppy.
