[Rule-list] website maintainers

It would be useful to create a website subproject.

Does that make sense?  If so I will add the subproject.

Marco, are you stuck with maintaining the website?  I think it would be
great if we had one or two people tagged as webmasters.  I can make some of
the changes I want but I will be requesting but I do not have much of a
knack for making the site look good.

If we setup a subproject we can just enter a task to that subproject and
let it be delegated by the web guys. :-)
