cfdisk is part of the util-linux package. Red Hat stopped including it in 
the rpms, though. 
$ rpm -q util-linux --changelog | grep cfdisk
- - Don't include cfdisk, since it appears to be an even bigger pile of 
junk than fdisk? :)
