Did you by any chance leave any other files, such as updates.tar.gz on 
the disk? Please make sure the disk contains only:
anaconda   
fsset.py        
installclass.py  
reconfig.py      
upgradeonly.py
comps      
image.py        
laptop.py        
server.py        
workstation.py
custom.py  
installclasses/  
lowmem.py        
upgradeclass.py

If you still have trouble, remove the file fset.py, which will revert the 
updates to v0.7.0

The only purpose for 7.1 was to allow a swap partition to be activated 
early. It was a hack for testing only, and does no error checking. If you 
can, please try the 7.0 updates instead.
