Isn't the idea behind this that the install will run from stock Red Hat 
cds? I don't disagree that providing the most recent packages would be 
useful, but it does increase the download size substantially.

For example, several of the early modified anaconda installer images 
included updated packages and a modified anaconda installer. I abandoned 
that route due to download size. (~200 Mb)

That said, I have updated images for the official Red Hat cds, as well as 
a cd image containing only the packages needed to install RULE available. 
If we have a site to host them, I can upload them tonight. (I'm running 
late for work.)
