I posted it to the mailing list earlier and add it in the attachment
now. Sadly I'm forced to Windows for internet access for a while, and I
couldn't get Windows SSH to work with savannah, so I cannot put it up.
Anyone please add it to the website?

WARNING! The RULE installer is still beta software and may or may not work! Do
not use it on important or production machines and backup all data beforehand!

Before you begin testing the RULE installer please fill out the form below for
each computer you want to use for testing, and mail it to Benoit Mortier
<benoit.mortier at opensides.be>. He then will assign your computer(s) an ID number
which you then fill into the test-report.txt file.

If you do not know anything, please write "unknown", if something is not in your
computer please write "none".
