[Rule-list] perl or php?

Hi,

I write perl too and if other rule members are more familiar with perl 
we should use perl.

I wasn't going to do a lot of coding anyway, just install a flat filer. Any 
recommendations?

I would be glad to host the database until Martin's server is up and 
then transfer it there. I would be glad to continue hosting the 
Wiki/CoBweb which is in php and perl. I don't think either will present 
a bandwidth or disk space issue.

I will be glad to work with Martin, Benoit, and anyone else who wants 
to help.
