[Rule-list] perl or php?

Larry,

Perl is OK for me, even because it may be easier than PHP to have it
running even as a command line app (I'd like to try many combinations
when offline, for example).

So, let's start this Rule app database in Perl/MySQL. I'll add a task
for this on the project page. Please register as developer on savannah
if you didn't do it already, then let me know off list your account
name, and everybody else we might have to discuss.
