[Rule-list] apps database

Hi,

I set up a wiki page called AppsDatabase for preliminary specs.

Totally anarchy in this wiki. Anyone can go and work on the spec or 
add ideas. Right now I have just copied some email over there 
discussing it.

I will prepare a field list and an algorithm for estimating disk space.

There is an application rpm2html they use at rpmfind.net that may 
help us with this.

I am in touch with tech support trying to set up users. This way rule 
developers and testers can add and modify entries. Others can only 
view them. I am looking at a perl program called FutureSQL for the 
user interface.

I was unable to post to savannah. I still need to be added to the list 
of developers.

Anyone intereseted in helping with the spec please visit the wiki, 
read what has been proposed, and add comments.
