[Rule-list] apps database and importing forms

Preliminary specs on the apps database are being posted at

Anyone can add fields or comments. Just click EditText at the 
bottom of the page.

I have started looking at a program called FutureSQL for the user 
interface. This should work for the apps database and other tables as 
well. Importing current data into mysql should be easy enough. It 
would be nice if forms were available for posting online.
