Hi,

I created tables for the apps database. They are apps and deps in
the rule sql database.

Rodolfo is going to start a table for the test pc forms.

Rodolfo, we need to use a standard web interface for the rule
database so data entry and browsing is the same for any table. What
do you recommend? Is there somthing you are already using on your
server?

I thought we could start a table for translations. Like this:

id integer 11 - autoincrement
varname char 20 - i.e. $warning
en text - Warning! You are about to install ...
de text - German translation
.
.
.

To add another prompt just add another record.

To add another language just add another field with the appropriate
abbreviation.

We could make this accessible to all rule translators so there would
be no additional job of organizing the translations. Translators would
enter their translations in at any time. If during testing a translation is
improved it is just as easily fixed, right then, on the web.

This table would then be used to output the language files for the
slinky installer.

What do you think?

Thanks,

Hairy Larry
