It's on Red Hat cd 2. Just rpm -ivh emacs and emacs-nox. You may want to 
include emacs-el as well. There should be no dependency issues when 
installing on a base install.
emacs-${version} is the main package,
emacs-nox-${version} is needed when not running in an xsession,
emacs-el-${version} contains the elisp sources for many of the elisp 
programs included in emacs.

emacs and emacs-nox will require something in the area of ~26Mb of disk 
space.
