[Rule-list] LOGO contest: call for drawings

Hello,

I haven't actually counted votes in the logo poll, but since almost
everybody voted for the "penguin and racing turtle" concept it's not
needed, isn't it?

Now we need an actual drawing of it: I'll try to track down again that
relative of mine, but please everybody submit drawing, asking to more
gifted guys if needed :-)
