Nothing. I type "ifconfig eth0 up 192.168.2.58 netmask 255.255.255.0". Am I 
missing something?

The reason that there is no install log, is because I didn't follow your 
instructions carefully. I typed:

# /scripts/setup.sh

instead of:

# cd /scripts
# ./setup.sh

As a result, a log couldn't be written to /. Would you be willing to put a 
"cd /scripts" after the warning in the setup script? It would leave less 
room for errors.
