Not that I am aware of. 
The problem right now is that Red Hat 7.3 is out, and you are probably 
running into a connection limit problem. I really don't see a way around 
that when installing via remote ftp or http servers.

Serving the files locally (via ftp, http, or nfs) would probably be less 
problematic. I found the nfs install via an exported cdrom volume easy to 
set up and it went quite well.
