[Rule-list] successful slinky v0.2.3 install

Hi,

PC 14. 32 meg ram. 540 hd.

After I couldn't ping I switched to the other drive and pinged fine, 
testing the hub and cables. A day later I powered back up and 
pinged. Then I changed back to the slinky install drive and pinged out 
fine. 

So I reinstalled from the slinky floppies. After kudzu ran and I entered 
my ip info i still couldn't ping out. I reset and I still couldn't ping out. I 
did a power down and restart and I pinged out fine.

???????

You got me. 

But the install seems to be fine.
