Hello,

While studying the RPM howtos I asked for hesterday, I came across an
article by Dan Poirier on the developerworks IBM site dated November
2001. The title is "Packaging software with RPM, Part 1".

Among other things, it explains that you can install rpms without
documentations with the --excludedocs option.

Michael, do you think it is possible to:

ask the user if docs are wanted at the beginning of install,

and always run rpm with that option if the answer is No?

	Ciao,
		Marco Fioretti

Real Programmers don't play tennis, or any other sport that requires
you to change clothes. Mountain climbing is OK, and real programmers
wear their climbing boots to work in case a mountain should suddenly
spring up in the middle of the machine room.
