If you run /mnt/floppy/setup_pcmcia.sh first, (the new version, of course) 
it should overwrite the files in the ramdisk. Try that please, so that 
the proper variables get exported. (You may want to reboot, and start 
clean if you have any trouble.)

Then, run /scripts/pcmcia.sh, which should be the new version.
