kdrive, not kdisk, is the more recent name for tinyx.

Michael has provided a few kdrive servers. (Note: kdrive comes in a choice of 
servers from which you only choose one, just as Xfree X used to do before 
version 4.0.) Xvesa is one of the more often needed. If you select the Xfree 
package list from slinky or miniconda it provides a minimal X but is still 
the larger XFree86 X version 4.x.x. Having installed that, however, you can 
replace /usr/X11R6/bin/XFree86 (the server) with Xvesa (there are some 
necessary steps to this - see the install guide) and you have kdrive instead 
of Xfree X.
