See my previous post, and try upgrading to the newer packages I built.
The directories in the help files won't be accurate, as the rpm package 
doesn't install them where the authors expect.

Executables are in /usr/bin:
/usr/bin/icehelp
/usr/bin/icesh
/usr/bin/icewm
/usr/bin/icewmbg
/usr/bin/icewmhint

Config files will be in: 
/usr/share/icewm

Documentation will be in:
/usr/share/doc/icewm-1.2.7/
