[RULE] Other feedback on slinky-0.3.94

Random notes:

I've noted that there is no timezone selection, and that switchdesk is
installed. For the first issue, it's probably better to add a question
(similar to that asking for locales).

In the second case, probably we can remove switchdesk, but this is
something very low priority, of course.
