[RULE] Website (partially) restored

Hello,

The complete access to the web server (both ssh and control panel) was
restored only this morning, after it went down, and they had to
reinstall everything again, last week. The new panel is better,
though, and on a secure connection.

I have managed (I think, please confirm) to restore everything as it
was at the beginning of june. This includes a CMS system for me and
Michael to add/update stuff more easily, but doesn't include several
changes made in the last 10/14 days. Not having more recent backups is
my fault only, sorry.

All of the above also means that:

1) I'll maybe be forced to humbly ask to some of you to put in PC data
   again.

2) You'll have to endure some bogus or semi-bogus email here until I
fix up everything, so that whenever a page is updated, the list is
notified.

At least, however, the pages should not show errors now, even if they
are not totally updated.

    Thanks for your patience,
				Marco
