ARGH!
It prints out to the screen fine, but....
The floppy contains an msdos filesystem. As such, it is subject to dos 
file naming conventions. 8 characters max a "." and 3 more characters.
I've changed the filename, it is now the date string, less the first 2 
digits.
So, instead of using 1056829205, we use 56829205 as the machine number.

I made a few changes, and captured a screen shot.
(To create a screen shot, switch to VT2 then 
"cat /dev/vcs1 > console.out")
