This works perfectly. The next step would be to make a 'Last modified'
when the pages actually are modified, i.e. by haveing stamps in the
database etc. Mirroring then becomes smarter.

A mirror now works at http://rule.mint.no . The web-pages are updated
automatically with wget -m. There is therefore no PHP action in the
mirror, as syncing databases would be quite a bit more work.

The mirror is updated once a day at midnight.
