[RULE] Hi everybody

    Hi all :)

I've subscribed to this list due to a message by Marco in LKML.
Well, I think I can help a bit with RULE, although I don't use any
Linux distro (I have a do-it-yourself Linux box).

I've been a UNIX programmer since 1997 more or less, and I code
mainly in C. I have a few free software projects, yet unpublished
although used in published projects. One of them is a window manager
that may interest you. It's called PAWM (which stands for The Puto
Amo Window Manager, won't translate that...) and it's minimalistic
but very usable. And it's GPL's ;)) I no longer maintain that
project, but you can find it at freshmeat or at www.pleyades.net, it
is maintained and upgraded by a friend.

Since I build all software I use, I have a bit of practice in the
subject. In fact I've written a few scripts (zsh only, sorry) for
installing the packages I use. In fact, I've written my own building
system (MOBS), which will be released soon, to substitute the GNU
autothings for my projects...

Well, let's stop this advertisement ;)) and go to the matter: I'm
new in this list and I would like to give a hand to RULE. I'll try to
help as much as I can and I hope RULE will be a reference
distribution in the future ;)) I come from Spain (you know, the tiny
little country at the west end of Europe, right before Portugal, with
a retarded president...), more precisely from Madrid, I'm male (well,
I'm a long-haired-linux-geek) and I'm almost-30 years old. I use
Linux. Only Linux. Only free software. I have a mirror with a few
distros, but it is a quite special mirror. You cannot download from
it, instead you tell me what distro o big package you want and I
download it for you if it's not already in the mirror, put it in a CD
etc... More or less like the RULE-by-mail initiative.

Feel free to ask whatever you want, I'll be proud of answering.
And excuse my poor english. I guarante you that I have a far better
spanish ;)))

Thanks for admitting me to the list ;)
