[RULE] All news back on the website

Hello,

I have realized that, before starting to fix all broken pages
signalled recently (thanks) I have to finish porting the old website
to the new structure, least I have to repeat the link fixing two or
three times. Two things were missing: news and the test database.
Now all the old news still relevant have been inserted.

Please everybody (from founding members to new entries) go to the home
page and take a close look to the news list on the left.

TRUE-RULEr test (grin): how many of those things did you already know
and remember?  100%? 50%? 10%?

The slideshow collection has also been fixed (linked in the "latest
updates" list of the home page).
