[RULE] Localized keymaps for slinky

Hi everybody,

recently I heard about the RULE-Procect and find it very interesting.

I tried slinky (slinky-v0.3.97b-vumbox from Ingo) to install redhat 9
- at last it worked.  But there are still some things left to improve.

I started by adding the ability for localized keymaps.

There you find a description (by now only german) how to add keymaps to
slinky.  You can download the image of bootdisk1 for testing.
