[RULE] RULE install via pcmcia cdrom

I've recently revised my RULE Linux install on my Itronix XC-6000 laptop.

My first approach was to preload the hard disk with slinky and the Red Hat
iso's.
This worked, but it required disassembly of the laptop.

My new approach is to install from a pcmcia cdrom.
The difficulty is to enable pcmcia operation immediately after boot without
a second floppy image.
The Itronix is booting from a flash card inserted into the pcmcia slot.
When the slinky-Linux boots, the pcmcia slot is no longer accessible.
Hence the second slinky image, which usually would provide pcmcia
functionality, is not available.
My changes remove unneeded programs from the slinky boot image and add the
required pcmcia files.
Details are in wx4s.net/MOD2-1.tar.gz (which works with the slinky_devel
directory of slinky-v0.3.97.img).

I program the linear flash card using a program I wrote which runs under
DOS. (Linux to Windows XP to DOS)
If anyone knows of software that allows programming of a linear flash card
under Linux, please let me know.
It seems that this functionality (memory_cs.o) was removed from the kernel
pcmcia functions some time ago.

Regards,
Ed
