[RULE] Subscriptions to the List not possible?!

A friend of mine wanted to subscribe to the list - he had problems. Any  
idea whats going on?

wollt mich gerade subscriben, aber wenn ich auf den subscribe button
klick dann bekommt ich die fehlermeldung "rita.choice-secure.com could
not be found".
