[RULE] mailman very misconfigured

You are entirely correct. Mailman broke itself when I changed the
primary hostname of the server, and since the server uses CPANEL (an
integrated control panel) I had the devil's own time finding out how to
force a change in CPANEL.

I managed to tell Mailman today to use "mail.$HOSTNAME" for those URL's
(don't ask how, it's a long story) so you should now be able to work
with all Mailman list URL's properly using "mail.rule-project.org" as
the hostname.

Please let me know if the change works properly. I did edit and admin
two or three lists today (for the first time in weeks) so it *should*;
but let me know for sure, OK?
