[RULE] slinky-0.4.06 for FC3

Hi all,

see http://www.fzk.at/SLINKY/ to try the RULE slinky installer for the
final Fedora FC3.  It can install a minimal set of rpm-packages as
suggested by Rodolfo J. Paiz at this mailing-list or a moderate list
as in former versions.

Installation of documentation can be skipped to save disk-space.

If you are going to test this installation pls. report your
experience.
