Traceroute from my machine gives immediately:

[marco at polaris ~]$ traceroute www.rule-project.org
traceroute: unknown host www.rule-project.org

whereas, for example:

[marco at polaris ~]$ traceroute rodolfo.gt.factorrent.com
traceroute to rodolfo.gt.factorrent.com (192.200.9.99), 30 hops max,

I have no idea if this can help you or not, but in any case it does
look like everything but RULE is reachable from my PC. I know it might
be some problem with my ISP (see their nameserver addresses in my
previous post. I would happily report the problem to MCLINK help desk,
but it would need some more data to be fixed quickly. I don't know
which data to retrieve an how, at this point. Any test that I or you
could make to give mclink something to work on?

TIA.
	Marco
