[RULE] Cannot reach RULE website: can you?

Usually you get "unknown host" if the hostname cannot be resolved to
the IP-address.  Try from commandline:

dig www.rule-project.org     or the traditional: nslookup

If the browser cannot find the site also take a look at your proxy
settings and the firewall.
