[RULE] Status of the website

Greetings,

as you all know by know, the RULE website returns only empty pages
these days. I have checked on the server:

the pages are still there. Above all, the download area is still
there, http://www.rule-project.org/download/, so if you need slinky or
anything else you can have it, as long as you search for it manually
starting from that location.

The problem is somewhere in the interaction with our CMS, SPIP 1.7 and
the version of PHP updated by Rodolfo.

PHP seems fine. SPIP guys seem unable to tell what the heck could have
caused the problem. They could maybe do more with the error logs of
the server. But the server reports no errors. At least the "Error log"
section of the control panel is empty.

I am giving it one or two more days hoping for the error logs or any
other help to come. Then, with extreme happiness, I'll have to just go
and reinstall everything from scratch, I fear.

Of course, if the people who already have RULE editor account for the
website could help me to re-enter all the content following my
instructions it would speed up things enormously. Please contact me
to know how. Or if you want to become another RULE editor and DO have
time in the following 10/15 days to work on the site (no PHP knowledge
needed, just time to re-enter data in several forms).

Ciao,
	Marco
