[Rule] Volunteers needed to reinsert content to the website

Hello everybody.

After digging in all my backups and a bit of scripting, I *believe* I
do have an ASCII version of all the articles that were in the old RULE
websites.

Adding all of them is a one-time task, but it's quite time consuming.
I and C.D. Rigby did discuss how to do it between the two of us, but
the sooner the better...

Therefore, we'd need more volunteers that:

- take a few of those files (at least 5/6 per person) and for each
  file:
  - format it into basic HTML
  - log in and insert it into the website, in the proper category

(it's much easier than it sounds!)

any taker? Don't worry, I'll fix any error you may make, but I could
really use a one-time hand to re-upload everything. By one-hand I mean
that, unless you explicitly want to, uploading an article doesn't mean
that you commit to maintain it in the future.

Thanks,
	Marco
