[Rule] Possible merger between RULE and Ubuntulite Project

I'm sorry that I no longer have much time to dedicate to the RULE project.

As far as a merger of the two communities and projects is concerned, I think
it is a fine idea. Even though I'll not be able to help out much, I'll keep
an eye on developments.
