New project proposing konq-e

Hello,

I just started a new GPL project which recommends   new use of konq-e (see
below).
It is Red Hat based, but (see FAQ #5) even users of other distribution
might benefit from it. The reverse is also true, of course.

Any contribution to the project (particularly in the form of rpm
packages for x386) is welcome!
