Hrmm, possibly. :)
I was able to do it by simply redefining the minimum memory requirement
and rebuilding the anaconda packages.
I then used a custom comps file, and a limited package set to generate
the .iso file.
For a finished release, anaconda could be fixed up more. Perhaps by
removing all install classes other than custom, for example. If you are
using our iso to install, it's unlikely that you are able to chose the
other options anyway. Besides, the iso I built doesn't contain anything
but a base section in the comps file. :) Just for fun, I'll try another
install tonight and choose a workstation install. I'm honestly not sure
how the installer will handle the fact that the comps file has only one
section.

Excellent. I'll think some more on this tonight when I get home, and
look at other possibilities for anaconda changes.
