[Rule-list] RULE on Linux Journal Online!

Hello, everybody!

As already mentioned privately to some of you, I had started thinking
to a low weight distribution long time ago. Last november I submitted
an article about it to the Linux Journal, and they said they would
publish online at the end of february. When we started the project
I asked them to delay the article until we had a (still temporary, but)
working web site, and now the article is there:
