I will get rid of the memory restriction in the next test version.
However, currently I am pretty sure the installer will fail on 8MB.
Matter of fact, I'll try it now myself. The last time I tried, I let it
sit for 2 hours at "Starting Anaconda..."

Thank the authors of the anaconda installer.
My German is a little rusty, as I haven't used it in 20 years. In fact,
it wasn't very good 20 years ago, either. :)

Resolved in the 0.6.2 release.
Base install has no unsatisfied deps. Do remember to manually add the
net-tools package. I'll try to get a new image uploaded later to fix that.

up2date has been moved to the network support sub-catagory.

I'm fairly pleased with the 12M working. I'd like 8M as well, but 12 is a
large improvement. I do have a few ideas for slimming it down more.

I think I have official CDs for the releases mentioned above. I'd be
happy to make copies and ship them to you. I don't want to part with the
official set though. :) I can save you the download and ship the first
version of the installer if you'd like as well.

Thank you, and thanks to all for input, testing, etc.

Now that we have a functional installer, we can begin deciding what
packages we want to add/remove in terms of window managers, etc.
I nominate Marco to handle that. :)

Once we have that, we can begin modifying the comps file to handle it.
Keep in mind that we are limited as to what we can add. Every addition
increases the overall memory footprint of the installer.
