On further testing, it looks like the low limit is between 12 and 14M for
memory. It is currently installing in 12M but it's exceptionally painful.
5 Minutes + for each screen change, so far. It might get better if it
gets far enough to turn on swap. It is currently struggling to partition
the disk.
Unfortunatly, I have to get to work and can't wait for it to finish.
