[Rule-list] The name of the new installer and update

Hello,

after the flu and catching up with day job, I've started to go through
all the pending tasks about RULE.
The first and easiest one was to go through the archives to find the
result of the poll for the new installer. Here it is:

miniconda:	6 votes
slinky:		3
jaguar:		1
lepto:		1

Hence, miniconda. Chuck, please control what needs to be done with the
CVS/download areas to point people clearly to it ( a README file,
directories with that name, whatever: I'll announce the name on the
project page too later today)

I have started updating all the web pages. Today I will try to do as
much as possible, and tonight will put everything which will be ready
online anyway, to start new discussions.

Benoit, Chuck, may I ask you to collect and send to me any up to date
information as far as testing/documentation/mirror URLS are concerned,
and send it to me directly? I already have something, but it's
probably outdated now, at least partly.
