We decided to ship only one browser for saving disk space. Links is far
superior to lynx with regard to frames and tables (lynx *can* do these,
but...). You can install lynx afterwards if you want to...

For now RULE is restricted to the RPMs you can find on the official Red
Hat Linux CDs - we want RULE to become part of Red Hat Linux.
