[Rule-list] Another criterium for evaluating browsers

Hello,

while looking around for browsers, please check if they offer
the possibility to select an hyperlink with the mouse and launch
and external script with the underlying URL as first argument, as
explained here for konqueror:

	http://www.linuxjournal.com/article.php?sid=5905

This would allow to do ll the extra things you find in mozilla/konqueror
and much more (internet search, image download, check if changed
since..) without paying that price.
