It will install fine. The problem is the installer isn't very smart at
this point. It wants to see 2 or 3 partitions, and assumes they are
empty. With 3 partitions, it assumes one is swap, one is /boot, and the
third is / . With 4 partitions, it would be confused. With just a little
work to the scripts, this should be possible however.
I'll look at making the scripts a little smarter in the near future.
