[Rule-list] adventures with X

Hi,

I have been trying to install X Windows over slinky. I have posted a 
document in progress at.

I think I have all or almost all of the necessary packages installed. 
Anyone who has configured X please check the documents and see 
if you can shed some light or point out a path.
