[Rule-list] domain name

Hi,

I just checked, rulelinux.org and rule-linux.org are both available. 

We should get both. They can both resolve to the same webspace.

Please anyone with another idea voice it now.

If Rodolfo is able to set up web space on his server I'm for it. I am
on virtual hosting and have been having trouble getting my sql users
set up right for the apps database. Nothing like someone who can
actually lay hands on the server.

I think we should move everything except the project page to the
server hosting the domain name.
